Managing Director / Co Founder
James has been in the Letting industry for years. What he’s seen. Overseeing literally 1000’s of homes over that time made him think there must be a better way of dealing with the huge problem of portfolio maintenance in small, medium and large Lettings and estate management companies. Well there was, and after years of research and development Houserack was born.
He knows you’ll love using it as much as he loved creating it. Feel free to call and chat to him anytime (just don’t mention motorbikes, you’ll never get him off the phone!).
Lauren
Director
Lauren is our Director, who having grown with the company now manages the Admin and Accounts team. With a background in property and over 10 years’ experience in customer service, Lauren is always on hand to assist the team to deal with your queries, however big or small.
If you’re a homeowner or a landlord planning a project, Lauren is the face you will meet on site to help guide you through making your plans a reality!
Yancie
Maintenance Team Leader
Yancie is our longest standing member of the team, having been with the company for over 20 years and worked her way up to Maintenance Team Leader. Yancie will be your point of contact for any maintenance/general queries in the Sussex Area and supports the rest of the admin team in their daily tasks.
Being a key part of the Houserack development programme, there is nothing that Yancie can’t assist with when it comes to property maintenance. In her spare time, Yancie can be found listening to her favourite records and trying new recipes in her beloved air fryer!!
Darcy
Maintenance Administrator
Darcy is a member of our admin team who will be your point of contact for any maintenance/general queries in the Surrey area. Having always worked in customer service, she brings a bright and bubbly personality, and you always know when she’s in the office!
In her spare time, Darcy enjoys gaming, photography, and some good food!!
Marissa
Trainee Maintenance Administrator
Marissa is the newest member of our expanding admin team and will be your point of contact for any maintenance/general queries in the Hampshire area. Marissa comes from a background of legal services and brings years of customer service experience to the team.
In her spare time, Marissa can be found in the Kitchen cooking or baking or at the beach walking or paddleboarding.
Donna
Accounts Department
Donna joined the team with more than 30 years’ experience in accounting and she is also qualified as a Mortgage Adviser. When she’s not busy working hard in the office, Donna is busy working at home and in her garden. When Donna does have spare time, she enjoys travelling the world, spending time with her family or just relaxing.
Woody
Inventory Clerk
Woody is based out on the road every day carrying out Inventory and Check Out reports for our clients all along the South Coast, he enjoys seeing new properties every day from small studio flats to mansions and has a fine eye for detail!
In his spare time, Woody enjoys trips and holidays with his partner and friends and loves an adventure!
Liam
Contracts Manager
Liam is based mainly out on the road checking & co-ordinating our contract site work, ensuring that every job is finished to an OCD standard.
In his spare time Liam and his partner can be found out and about cycling as they are keen mountain bikers!

Maintenance Admin
Our maintenance staff are dedicated to assisting the team, dealing with maintenance repairs efficiently and effectively. Nothing is too much trouble for our team!
