New Agents on board
March has started brilliantly at Houserack – we’ve had five new Letting Agents come on board already this month, with plenty more due to work with us from April onwards. We’re managing the maintenance for over £200 million worth of property, a number which we expect to grow every month. We can’t wait to see what the future holds!

Recruitment
We welcomed a new member to the Accounts team in February and we’re already on the lookout for three more maintenance co-ordinators. We’re now managing the maintenance of over 1500 properties across the South, as well as breaking into a tricky London market, so we expect the recruitment process to be a constant one!
