Good news! We don’t! Membership is completely free. There are:

  • No monthly fees.
  • No sign up fees.
  • No contracts.

And above all, no misleading ratings. If you aren’t good enough, you won’t be on our site. We ask you to provide a top quality service, be respectful of our Landlords, Tenants and Home owners and most importantly, be reliable.
